Carol’s Tunafish Salad

Learned this from my mother-in-law as this is my wife’s favorite.

Ingredients:

3 pouches tuna

3 hard boiled eggs

1/2 chopped small white onion medium

2-3 stocks celery

1 dill pickle spear chopped or 1 tblsp relish

3-4 spoonfuls of Real mayonnaise

Squirt of your favorite mustard

pinch of pepper, salt to taste

Directions:

Add everything to the bowl and mix well. I usually start with the hard vegetables and later add the soft things like hard-boiled eggs. Mustard is optional and is different than Carol’s recipe. I like the tang. Note my picture as a guide for how thick or small you chop the celery (bits), onion (fine chop), and pickle(like relish).
