Crispy oven baked wings

This is a tasty recipe that I love because I’m all about the crispy wings. You can get raw chicken wings from most any place. I tend to buy a big bag of frozen raw wings and pull out a bowl full in the morning to thaw in the fridge.

Ingredients

2 plus pounds of raw chicken wings

1 tblsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp black pepper

spices to your taste; I prefer garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and rosemary 1 tsp each.

Directions

Take baking sheet, cover in tin foil, place a wire rack on top. This will get air circulation all around. Grease the pan and wire rack with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

With paper towels pat dry the wings

Mix dry in a bowl and then toss the wings.

Preheat oven to 425 and place wings in rack. Bake for 30 minutes, flip individual wings over and then bake for another 20 minutes.

Add any extra spices like green onions afterwards and serve.
