Carol’s Cheesy Green Beans

A great side dish for any meal. Easy to do and you can adjust your time as needed for the main featured item.

Ingredients:

4 cans French cut green beans

1- 8oz block of sharp cheddar cheese

1 – 2 cups diced onions

salt as desired

Ingredients:

sauté the onions in a little vegetation. You can add salt to help make it faster but I do not. Get the onions translucent. Add all 4 cans of green beans, well drained. When the green beans are hot and cooking, any where from 10 to 20 minutes. You can adjust depending on how hot the range is and how quickly you want it to cook with the other dishes. I normally do medium to medium plus heat.

When it’s steaming hot, add cubed small cheese and do one stir. Pot the top on the pot and move off the heat source. In 5 to 10 minutes it will be ready to serve. Don’t over mix as the cheese is best in clumps.
